DMR Accounting Services offers tax preparation for individuals and for small businesses. These services include the following activities:
- Individual client consultation and data gathering that collects all aspects of that client’s tax related activities for the tax year
- Preparation of the specific returns and associated schedules that are required for each taxpayer’s tax status according to IRS law (such as 1040s, Schedule C and all other appropriate filings)
- DMR Accounting Services uses professional tax software which has been approved by the IRS in order to calculate tax liability
- Returns will be electronically filed directly to the IRS
- Returns will be carefully reviewed to ensure that the final taxable income which is tabulated follows IRS rules and guidelines while ensuring that the taxpayer’s liability for taxes is the minimum amount based on the IRS code.
- DMR Accounting Services will always ensure that tax returns are prepared in a fully ethical and responsible manner that would allow for successful IRS audits if any client ever received notice of an IRS audit
Bookkeeping and Accounting Services
DMR Accounting Services performs the following activities to ensure that your financial transactions are properly reported:
- Posting of all financial transactions
- Preparation of financial statements
- Reconciling of bank accounts and credit card transactions
- Verification of monthly inventory numbers
- Preparation of Cost of Goods Sold schedules
- Preparation of depreciation schedules
- Preparation of 1099 tax forms for vendors
- Complete annual financial statements provided to be used for tax filings
Advisory Services
DMR Accounting Services performs the following activities to ensure that your financial transactions are properly reported:
- Discussions related to business strategy provided at no cost to the client
- Assist new business owners regarding proper “start-up” filings and processes
- Ensure that new business owners understand how to manage their business properly
